I'm going to set some goals for myself to achieve at some point. The movements are of a high level, and I hope to be able to train my body up to them. I can nearly achieve them, but in order to, I will have to push myself that one step further.
Belconnen: Arm Jump at the Silver Cubes
Civic: Cat Pass to Arm Jump at Toast
Tuggeranong: Wall Run at Car Park of Hyperdome
Woden: Cat Pass to Arm Jump at Black Ramps
I will only have accomplished these if I can do them at least four times during a session.
