Today I went in a FunRun to support Breast Cancer research. I arrived a bit late so got straight into the run without registering. I didn't really care as we would be making a big donation at the end of the race.
It was just a 5km run around Lake Burley Griffin. I did it with Josh and we tried to do as much parkour as possible along the way. I now understand how much parkour can tire you out while you are on the run. This is something I should work on.
In the end the run was a success, we all felt prettty good afterwards for doing something for the community, as we want to show that the traceurs in canberra are trying to help out. It really worked part of the philosophy of parkour, to help others.
