Just did a light stretching session today. Only lasting for about 20 minutes.
I've been feeling pretty sore and stiff from training last thursday and friday. So I thought that i'd just do something easy today.
I won't be going to class or trainings tomorrow, as I have a uni exam on monday that I have to really study for.
To make up for this, I plan on doing some more muscle up training. I can do these sessions close to home, so they only take about an hour out of my day. Which is all I can really afford.
