Last sunday we had class in civic.
It was raining and there was only a small turnout.
We took the group to the carpark underneath toast. Went through a lengthy warmup, finishing with handstands.
From there we worked on rail balance of different types, the played a game of add-ons.
After that we went up to toast to work on precisions and playing around in the rain.
Sammy and Antek are in Canberra thsi weekend. There should be lots of training ahead of me. I have a sprained wrist over the last couple of days though, so will porbably have to tone down the intensity of my training, well have to see how it goes.
