Today I taught class at Belco. It was the first class that I could participate in, through giving demonstrations and such. We had a much bigger turn out than usual, 8 people! 5 of them were new to the classes, which was really good. We also had the first girl to come, and another guy who seemed to be in his early 40s late 30s. It just comes to show that people from all ages are interested in parkour.
While demonstrating rolls, I found that my rolls have improved since 8 months ago. I have holidays next week, and I hope to train every day. I will start with drilling the basics, so as to restrat my life as a traceur properly. From the bottom to the top.
