Today was the start of the Parkour Long Weekend, which will be the finale for my Parkour Week.
There was only a small turn out. Three people including me. I had never met them before, so it was good to meet new traceurs in Canberra.
The session lasted for about two and a half hours. We travelled to a lot of locations around woden. Some that I had never seen before. I worked on a variety of drills, and pulled of a couple of big things.
Overall the session was not a awesome as I hoped it would be, but it was still good.
