Muscle Up Training

Did more muscle up training tonight.

25 dips
10 pullups
25 negatives
25 reverse push ups

I'm finding that my dips and reverse push ups are improving, but my pull ups aren't improving. All i can really do is keep on training, hopefully my pull ups will improve over time.
